Food Fest

The other great one is the Prosperity Fatt Choy Yu Sheng with Abalone

Disappointed with the white cabbage.

Chysthmum infused fish was nice, not much floral infusion actually.

Glutinous rice, herbal chicken and scallops dish were best.

Tobiko soup was terrible, my guests thought is hor fun gravy.

Chicken floss roll is too tough as caterer was stingy with the floss, resulting in too much fried skin layered in a spring roll.

For own family ok, but a bit of an embarrassment to host friends.

Though it was a last minute order but the caterer took up the order and fulfilled the order. Staff is polite and helpful.

Very delicious food with good service from ordering to delivery. Good job!

The service was really good but the food was disappointing. Mee Siam was really dry and hard. The chicken wings bland, the cereal prawns (free upgrade) was mushy, veggies were undercooked--hard and had a raw smell.

To be fair, I had this caterer before at another party and thought the food was not bad. So maybe it is just them being off form once off. But my event is once off, so it was disappointing.

Their service is great and delivery was on time.

The Pineapple Fried Rice and Signatory Curry Chicken is definitely a must try!

The beef was really good. The roast turkey was a bit dry and cold.

Food was good. Value for money

Overall, the Bo Bo Cha Cha, Chicken curry and Sweet & Sour Fish are nice. The main dishes - Golden Pineapple Fried Rice and Mee Siam need improvement.

Delivermen and food collecter are friendly. However, collection should be on time as i waited 1 hour.

I have to say the portion is pretty less for 60pax to consume..
If it's not because I've ordered from other caterer too, I afraid we could end up not enough food for all of our men.
60 pax food makes no diff from 40/ 50pax...
