Might as well order 40pax when the portion is so less for 60
I have to say the portion is pretty less for 60pax to consume..
If it's not because I've ordered from other caterer too, I afraid we could end up not enough food for all of our men.

To be fair, I had this caterer before at another party and thought the food was not bad. So maybe it is just them being off form once off. But my event is once off, so it was disappointing.
