THE KAI LAN REACH DESTINATION BECAME LIKE OVER COOKED, NO LONGER GREEN COLOR.

The food was pretty good except for the cream puff which many didn't quite like. Considering that I ordered for 150pax, the portion of food was also okay. However, service could really be worked on further. For 150pax, only one delivery man was sent to set up the buffet spread. The delivery man was a little rude and unhappy with us which is totally absurd as it is not my fault that the caterer did not assign more staffs to help him out for my event. Nevertheless, I pity him and I can understand why the guy was unhappy as he cant handle it alone. So I guess the problem really lies with Foodfest.

Curry is very nice and prawn are very fresh. The luo Jan vegetable broccoli is too hard. After all foods are very nice. Maybe order 15pax but is seem food is not enough for 12 pax.
