Food Fest

The delivery was smooth and the portion was just nice for my party. Would order from foodfest again.

Was disappointed when we were told that the caterer ran out of jelly for our ice jelly cocktail on the day of catering. Had to make do with the cocktail without jelly.

Curry was a hit but the portion given did not look like it was meant for 50 pax.

Ordered nyonya chap chye but was given broccoli and cauliflower instead

Prawn was good and fresh.

The set up was pretty.

Overall still satisfied with service and food.

Overall the foods were good except the Cereal Fish. The caterer sent 3 itmes wrongly, they are Sotong You Tiao, BBQ sauce chicken Chop & Sea coconut with cocktail. I suggest the caterer should inform the customer in advance to improve their services. The Pipeapple fried was good too but a bit too little to cater for 15 pax. The quantity provided was good for 12 pax!

The dishes were good and acceptable without setup and warmers. Love the curry chicken and the garlic fry prawns(did not expect it to have gravy) but is nice nevertheless..

I place my orders 3 days before my event and they replied within a short time. service was very good.
Food taste was ok as Its a mini buffet with no setup so food gets cold after a while.

Overall, the food taste and outlook is good and all my guests like it.

Was disappointed with the Sea Coconut with Cocktail because there was no sea coconut in it. Found out that they have replaced it with another fruit because the can of sea coconut was spoil when the caterer opens it. Good thing is that they did do put inside.

The portion of the Sea Coconut and Cocktail is too small. It was just half a tub and certainly insufficient for the 45 pax that we ordered. Called the Sales Person again and sent her the photos to show the given amount. She called the caterer to give us another tub. That settles it.

The Ice Lemon Tea was insufficient and we have to get our own water to quench our thirst. Big container but half filled.

The portion of the Steamed Chicken Siew Mai was also very small. Called the Sales Person and sent the photos to show the given amount. Told me that the amount is about 60 pieces is all that they provide. Can you imagine how fast that tray of Siew Mai was emptied before the last person has his/her share? Very disappointed. I don't dare to take a piece to try seeing the small portion that was left on the tray.

The rest of the food items are acceptable in term of quantity and taste wise.

Caterer on time, food was above average. Overall would order again!

We were only given the timing of 4.30 - 5 pm to collect the food from the caterer. It was too early to have the food for dinner. They were already cold by dinner time and we do not want to microwave/reheat them (except for the imperial herbal chicken) in order to retain the original taste of all the dishes. Probably the food would have taste better if the food could be collected near dinner time instead or if delivery is an option. Point to note is the mixed cocktail with peaches taste really horrible (bland and sour)

Food was cold when consumed. Prawn was cold and cos of the way it is prepared it did not taste well
