The Prawns and Lemon Fish was a great hit with the guests too..

Staff come very promptly, set up was perfect done.

Overall the dishes are ok except chicken chop is very salty. The dishes are flavorful. Portion is smaller as compared to other caterer.

1) The fish is not fresh, very strong fishy smell. And this dish is very cold.
2) Too much starch for the Sweet & Sour Prawn and Loh Han Vegetable.
3) Mini Chocolate Brownie too sweet and too dry. Taste more like chocolate cake than brownie.
4) The ice jelly longan is tasteless and too little ice jelly.

Food is fresh and my staff are enjoying the food on that day. Service is good as well.

The food arrived on time & the quality of the food was good for the price stated.
Additional items I requested like table & stools were in good conditon. ( Especially the stools seem quite new )
Furthermore, Flexible Service to meet my request that is the bonus point. Therefore, I'm satisfied as a whole :))
