Fostre Catering

My 2nd time ordering from this caterer.
Received good food reviews from my guests. Disposable cutlery and serving spoons, plates and bowls were of good quality.

The food was delivered on time. Food packaging convenient & adequate for the small corporate gathering and packed into heat-warmer bags. Food was delicious, especially the braised assorted greens and mushroom, as the vegetables were cooked just right. Would definitely recommend the caterer to family and friends.

Basically the dishes are well cooked.
If they are packed in warmer instead of plastic bags for delivery, it will be better.

Food:
Overall, the food was good. The recipes were well-crafted and had hints of upmarket restaurant dining. The cooking was decent although not comparable with made-to-order dining, since this was catering after all. I have eaten catering by Fostre before, and this experience was consistent with the standards i encountered on those past occasions.

Service:
The hotline operator i spoke with provided excellent, efficient service. It was a very smooth and hassle-free experience to confirm all the miscellaneous details with her. The delivery workers were on time and handed over the food in good condition.

Value:
The Christmas set is kind of pricey for standard catering food, so i hope Fostre would review their pricing next Christmas.
