Fostre Catering

The food is nice the curry is a must to try!

Food when came was cold my counter guy saying that the delivery arrived much much earlier and was waiting in the vehilcle and when about near to the catering time and came into the office to deliver the buffet.

Food worth the money. Well done...

Customers mentioned that Fried BeeHoon and Pasta was dry and hard when served. The Tempura Prawn were nice but a few of them could not taste the wasabi mayonnaise. Not sure whether was it part of the marinade or as a dip (and it was missing). The chicken parts were abit huge. Veggies dishes were rather tasty but a lot of MSG. We had plenty of water after the consumption.

Overall the Foods are NICE.

First time having Fostre, as a whole, the food is satisfying. Feedback from my team: The most delicious dish goes to the siew mai, the curry puff is not bad either, however the yang chow fried rice is a little lack taste.The portion is just nice with about 10% buffer. Overall, the service is good.

This is my first time ordering from Fostre and I will definitely order from them again. Service was superb. Even though this is a mini buffet, Fostre bothered to do a nice layout (as per picture) before we commenced. Food is also a welcome change from the usual buffet fare we have always ordered. Mini swiss roll is nice and tempura prawn was not soggy at all as I thought it would be. Superb!

Overall food experience is good.

Some of the tray covers are tricky to open as they are slippery which took more than 15 mins to open.

Delivery information was conveyed where the entrance is, yet was delivered to another gate.

Ordered Broccoli but delivered cauliflower.
Found a piece of broken washing sponge in 1 of the dishes.
Rice not evenly cooked.
Serving portion could be more.
Forgot to deliver serviette, no chilly nor tomato sauces.

We ordered the mini buffet and everyone said it was good. Every dish was welcomed, esp the Fry Mee Siam and Kaboyaki Chicken. We ordered for 10 pax and the portion was good enough for 13 average eaters. (We cooked some plain rice though) Presentation was good and we love that disposable cornware was provided instead of styrofoam/plastic/paper plates. Keep it up!
