Fostre Catering

Ordered Broccoli but delivered cauliflower.
Found a piece of broken washing sponge in 1 of the dishes.
Rice not evenly cooked.
Serving portion could be more.
Forgot to deliver serviette, no chilly nor tomato sauces.

We ordered the mini buffet and everyone said it was good. Every dish was welcomed, esp the Fry Mee Siam and Kaboyaki Chicken. We ordered for 10 pax and the portion was good enough for 13 average eaters. (We cooked some plain rice though) Presentation was good and we love that disposable cornware was provided instead of styrofoam/plastic/paper plates. Keep it up!

My colleagues loved the food. One of the best catering we had! Delivery was very prompt too and what was really special to us (helpful too!) was that disposable tongs were provided for us! Will definately order again!

The desserts are good

Service and food are good in general. I like their menu as it is rather different from the other caterers. However, they gave us grass jelly instead of almond beancurd which we ordered. Other than this small boo-boo I'm happy with the caterer.

Nice food with generous portion..

Overall, the dishes were well-prepared, attractively presented and the portions were reasonable. In retrospect, we should have gone for the stir-fried honey ginger prawns as the tempura ones were over-greasy. However, the other courses were enjoyable, including the adorable mini chocolate-chip vanilla muffins. We first tried this caterer during Christmas of 2014 and this second encounter didn't disappoint.

The delivery was very early as they have many other places to run, so I dont blame them. The delivery person did go through all the items to make sure they are correct. However, we did not pour the drink to try. End up we were given fruit punch instead of the orange which we ordered. Other than that, we are overall happy and satisfied with the service and quality of food.

My 2nd time ordering from them.. repeat customer says it all!
