Fostre Catering

The prawns, chicken chop and siew mai were very well-received, all three were wiped out clean.
Considering everyone has different standard bars, most of them bothered to feedback to me that the prawns are v v fresh. :)
Though the caesar salad was not what I expected, it's not salad made of lettuce, and croutons etc, but made up of mostly pasta(?), so my menu choice had comprised of too much pasta by mistake!

Delivery was an hour even though i marked it to be punctual - Have already given an allowance, but it was not enough.. Guests were hungry and waiting for the food. But luckily, the customer service was friendly and made an effort to revert back on where the delivery man was.

Disposable hardy tongs and utensils were provided too. The black base containers made for an elegant setting.

Pretty good value for money. The staff was very helpful and flexible. When I said that the family does not take spicy stuff, they were willing to change the dressing on the salad. Also were willing to change the packet drink to a dessert. Delivery was punctual too. Only thing not matching the order was the ham maki which appear as ham only.
Would be nice to provide disaposable table clothes.

We were pleased with the overall design of the menu as well as the portions and seasoning of the dishes. Particularly tasty was the beef stew (although the "mashed potato au gratin" bit seemed to be missing from this dish!), the salad prawns were succulent as they should be and the baked garlic parmesan chicken was also well-received. One minor quibble was that the Christmas strawberry "cheese cake" tasted more like vanilla genoise sponge with thinly spread strawberry-flavoured cream on top and in between the sponge layers! Total score: 14/15.

Very prompt delivery and good service.

The delivery man came as scheduled, although there was some confusion with my address. We knew the food will come without warmers, so we were prepared. My guest were impressed with the good quality of food, the two dishes that received the most praises were the Dry laksa angel hair, and the beef stew. I will certainly recommend them to anyone.

Food was delivered one hour early. Food turned cold before 7pm.
