Especially thanks to Jasmine for her prompt respond to all my queries.
Great presentation for dishes serving on quality disposable materials.

Wok-Fried Thai Pineapple Rice
Stir Fried Honey Ginger Prawn
Xiao Bai Chye with Assorted Mushroom & Wolfberries
Deep Fried Yam Roll
Mini Chocolate Muffin
Chilled Grass Jelly with Longan

Food was taken much later, hence a bit cold.

Ok-Fried Thai Pineapple Rice (okay)
Lemongrass Thai Chilli Crispy Fish (good)
Roasted Boneless Chicken Orange Segment Reduction (the sight of it already make people turn off. The caterer dont even bother to cut into smaller pieces. Its look unappealing and nobody touches that dish)
Golden Prawn Torpedo with Spicy Tartar (okay)
Braised Assorted Greens & Mushroom(okay)
Deep Fried Spring Roll (okay)
Mixed Vegetable Scrambled Egg (cannot make it. its so soggy and soft, again nobody touches this dish.)
Mini Chocolate Muffin (doesnt taste like muffin its more like flour)
Sea Coconut with Cocktail (too sweet)

Nice food and great setup.

I loved the variety. A few found it tasting a little plain, but everyone else finished it clean.

All dishes are delicious, service and delivery on time

Golden Crumb Scallop was changed to Baked Half Shell Scallop without prior notice. Caterer's DBS PayNow didn't seem valid. Delivery person was patient.

Food delivered on time by a nice delivery guy. We didn't need to communicate much because he let his service do the talking. After displaying the food items on the table, he explained in detail what they are and gently ask for payment. Before he leaves, he take one final check to ensure are all in order.
Food wise, the pineapple rice was a bit hard. We didn't like the KaiLan and I thought I ordered Broccoli.
All the spoon given were broken by my first guest. They were too weak to pick up the food and they snapped at the spoon shoulder.
Hope caterer will review the plastic spoons.
Overall, my guest were happy.

The delivery timing was spot on. Jasmine was very accommodating with answering calls and enquiries. The food presentation was good. The taste of the food delicious.
