Four Seasons Catering review

Food was tasty and set up was early! There was also a variety of food choices during the ordering. Not sure why review needs min 100 characters before submission, so adding extra words so that I can submit.

Laksa- noodle too soft, salmon too dry
Would be great if salmon can be more tender.
We requested for food to be ready at 6pm but sales order came as 5pm and we missed to check that part- ended up food came at 4pm which was way too early.

Service was good, they came early to set up everything nicely! the food was good too, especially the japanese garlic fried rice and spanish prawns, the prawns were very fresh. broccoli was a bit hard. portion was good, had some leftovers. highly ... More recommended!

The catering team was great. Thanks to Ms Annie on duty on 26/10 for helping me to confirm and ensure the delivery team received the information timely. Food were great overall, especially the dessert. Kids all time favourite.

The food and service are good. We like best are Salmon, Garlic prawns and Hibiscus Flower Pear Cheng Tng. Thank you.

Set-up was done in a breeze and staff was punctual. My guest have good reviews on garlic butter salmon and rendang, however the garlic rice was not as garlicky as expected. Peach oolong was slightly on the sweeter side. But overall had a good ... More experience with four seasons!

Setup was on time and food was great - guests generally liked the spread, particularly the ayam rendang!

As there was many caterer in Singapore and it took me some time to compare between different menus provided by a various caterer. I must say that four seasons might not be the cheapest but in terms of value wise, they are the top few among all. ... More

Of cause, i did read Google reviews and etc which eventually sold me to them. Quite a number of my guests praise the food.

Liaising with them was smooth as well and on actual day the setup team was here on time. Will order from them again should there be any more upcoming events.

The service was excellent, delivery person came on time at exactly 10.30AM. The set up by him was quick and fuss free, he even suggested to have the buffet set up in one of the room where there was adequate space. Overall, it was a great experience ... More dealing with the service. On the food, guests loved most of the food, and a few notable ones are the salmon, curry vegetable and the eclairs.

However, for the Japanese fried rice, there are folks who commented that some parts of the rice have uncooked grains, otherwise, the rest of the food are good

4/5 stars for food. Dry laksa was the best as it's packed with umani flavour. Like the variety and that salmon is one of the option. Overall, the food are tasty but it will be better if the warmer used can be stronger (more candles), as the food ... More turns cold quickly in the cold function room. Only dish belong expectation was the egg tofu in chilli crab sauce as this dish did not turn out to be as saucy as expected. Thought it will be a more gravy-heavy dish.

Service is great from sales (Jovina) and set up theme. The set up was fast, neat and tidy.
