Food is tasty. Thai speciality buffet but lack of Thai taste

Service of the personnel and delivery man are good. The food overall is tasty but lack of Thai taste as Our order is Thai mini buffet (Thai Speciality). Soup and dessert are of great disappointment, ended with 3/4 left over. Pineapple rice is just rice with not much taste.
