Generally the service is good. Dishes like fish & prawn not so nice, the rest is acceptable. The portion is a bit little.

The person setting up the buffet was professional and understanding towards our request in how we want the set up to be. Our event ended earlier and we called the person. He showed great understanding in clearing up the buffet earlier than the agreed time with no complain and manage to arrive quickly.

I order honey chicken but was change without my knowledge to chilli chicken that is hard and burnt.

Foodline and Delizio customer service were excellent as they were prompt to respond on payment, vouchers, promos etc to a first timer like me.
They provided good recommendations on the menu and alternatives. Everyone was very happy with the food quality, taste,
packaging and large portions. Value for money! I would recommend to my family and friends.

The food was generally good and of good value. Only a few issues. The food was not labeled, so making it difficult for some of our diners. Also the caterer was only able to collect past 10pm. I think they were particularly busy that day. As a result we had to close the venue late which was not ideal.

Other than that the food was good and good value for money. Will consider ordering again.

The food is good and affordable. Love the selection. But would much prefer if the delivery guy came at the selected time, or at least be able to stayed and wait until I arrive. Cause I am only available at the time selected.

The food is delicious, colorful, appealing and the portion is more than enough . I like that the gravy for the vegetables is being separated to ensure the crunchy taste and not soggy.

The service is good as the cater came in with the food packed in cooler bags and even offered the bags to us for keeping.

Proper set up done. Food was good and value for money.
