More setup is simple with no decorations but that wasnt a concern to me as food quality is more important. What's the use of having a good display but the food getting lousy reviews? Ultimately, there are lots of compliments from my friends and relatives and they are already planning to get the same caterer in for their upcoming events too. Food quantity is generous and and the varieties are good too. The orh ni dessert has mixed reviews, with some claiming its too sweet but yet many were raving about it. I personally feel its delicious. There's only 2 negative feedback we have. 1) The drinks is not enough. I ordered 55 pax for 65 guests. Buffet started at 5:30pm and the fruit punch dispenser was empty at 7:30pm. Maybe i have many thirsty guests. 2) Har Cheong kai wasn't in the heating tray. Though it's tasty, but was cold very fast. Overall, I am satisfied with booking and will definitely be ordering from Fu Kwee caterer again.
