Good food but bad service

Food was good. However, I requested for food to be delivered between 6.30pm to 7pm when ordered through foodline. But the food was only delivered after 7.15pm. Called them and the operator claimed that I was the one that requested to deliver the food before 7.30pm. She even chided me for not requesting the food to be delivered early. Ridiculous service.

Nice food and good purchase experience.

I ordered quite last minute (1 night before) for mother's day celebration. The lady from Golden Pillow called quite swiftly when she received the order from foodline and she was very nice to remind that the delivery might take longer. As such i changed to self collect instead. Collection was very easy. Will order again.
