Great DIY mini buffet food items to order

Guests liked the fried Mee Siam, curry chicken bun, pumpkin salted egg. The pumpkin could have been cut in bigger pieces to prevent it from being mushy in small pieces (because the crispy skin gets soft after some time). But it tasted really good.

Disappointment

The mutton golden pillow no gravy for the thick bread. The vegetables and tofu and pumpkin very soggy and not good in taste. Feels awkward in presenting cold food to my guests.
