Food is average. Delivery timing is erratic. Usually arrives close to 7pm.. arrived after 7pm once in my 20days order.. customer service through phone call is friendly. Delivery guys noticed I have kids so didn't press the bell but knock on my door lightly.
Big drawback is the delivery timing. Please improve. Will try again next time.

Delivery was consistent as it was always around 5plus. Food generally good like home cooked . Satisfied

Hong Choo Tingkat is VFM, food comes on time and staff is friendly.

The food portion is decent. We ordered for 5px and the food is enough for 5-6 px. We are very happy with the food varieties and whole fish/complete pieces are also featured in the menu. We have ordered from many tingket providers and this is the only one using whole fish/complete pieces of fishes. Very pleasantly surprised by the generosity of Hong Choo. The food are generally less oily and not so salty. As such, some of my family members find that this could be enhanced. However, i must say this is generally healthy than outside food! Overall, satisfied with the quality of the tingket provided.

Food is good. Service is good too. Caterer called to confirm order and to explain how their service works

The food is tasty and well prepared. Portion are a mix; sometimes balanced but other times lesser for one dish. So far, This is one of my favourite tingkat order. Continues for another month.

Over all the food is good just nice for 2 pax and well pack on microwave container warm and flesh, the delivery was also arrival before 12pm noon.

The delivery service is good.food was good just the portion slightly small. Customer service is very polite. Value of money...

I like the home cooked dishes and is delicious! But got to be careful with dishes with fish bones, which is not suitable for young children. I especially like their soup without MSG.
