The food is still as good as before after renewed. Hope to renew again and no change to the quality of food.

This caterer allowed to choose 2 pax rice for 1 person lunch so I can ordered for 2 of my in-laws to share as elderly can't eat much.

They also allowed me to select no chilli for them which hard to find in other caterers. They have option for no fish if worried about fish bone, no pork and no chicken too.

Used to have generous portion of green leafy vegetables but since after Chinese New Year, hardly any, which is disappointing. Food wise is average but like that it has steam fish almost every week. Generally, value for money and timing of food delivery is pretty consistent so far.

Food is not too oily or salty and is convenient for my elderly parents Food came at good timing for my location. Great Value for money

The portion is good enough for my in-laws as they can take small meals many times. They are happy with the food too.

The variety of the food is good, and like what other reviewers have noted - the amount is good. likely to reorder again.

First time trying.. so far happy with delivery timing after 1 week. Food wise I find it a bit too oily and lack of variety in food choices and cooking methods. But it is still value for money.

Delivery is later than other caterer and hard to contact when there's urgent delivery matters (no delivery and etc). Food wise is ok. Portion a bit smaller

The 3 main course dish was just nice not so oily, especially the chicken meal taste delicious. And the soup of the portion look good not so salty enough for 2 person.

This is not the first time ordered through this caterer but its service has turned worst. Firstly, order was not acknowledged nor followed up. On the actual date, food was not delivered and till I have to write to ask for status despite the payment was deposited a day before. Not even an apology for a service lapse.

On the second day, then the food was delivered. Shockingly, the delivery chap hanged the packages on the gate lever instead a stool just few inches away. Anyone with a bit of common sense will know that if someone will to open the gate from inside, the food packages will drop from the gate lever. On top of it, those previous orders are properly placed on the stool. So what is happening to the service quality of this caterer?

Food are generally nice and home-cooked taste. One feedback is that in some days, out of 4 dishes, 2 are meat (eg chicken & pork). So we felt they need to have a better combination and not 2 meat in a day.
