Food is ok

Food portion is decent and we really enjoy the convenience of tingkat delivery to our house. generally tasty and we love the variety. also, being able to postpone the delivery as necessary e.g. vacation.

Homecooked feel. Main dishes are decent. Nice soups now and then, especially herbal chicken soup and white pepper soup.

Food quality is good and consistent. Have renewed hong choo tingkat delivery for more than 5x. Sometimes there is days when the food not to my liking but very seldom

Like their fish dishes although they can deliver just 1 piece of fish steak even though you order a 2 pax. At other times it can be 2 pieces albeit weird parts that are small. At times, the ingredients may not be so fresh, such as tau kwa that has fermented. This can be the case even though it may have been consumed within half hour of delivery. According to a website, dull or light green or yellow leaves mean the bok choy has turned bad. They may serve you bad bok choy as seen in the picture. Like their spinach, taste of home cooked and generally their fish dishes are all pass and some are quite tasty. Overall because they do not use MSG, I will recommend Hong Choo for its convenience to those who are allergic to MSG and those who like to eat fish

For this caterer, I see big chunks of fish, chicken and pork meat unlike other caterers, the fish, chicken and pork meat are in small pieces and sometimes minced. I like the fish dishes the most

Food is ok.
there was a period when food was delivered either pass the stated timing or left 5-15mins to the stated timing. Feedback to vendor but nothing was done, finally feedback to foodline and was finally resolved to delivery ard 6.30pm for Jurong West area.
do check the timing b4 ordering. otherwise, food is ok.

Ordered a 10 day package. Overall decent food. Seems healthy enough, not too sweet or salty. Planning to renew with them.
