The delivery was timely. The food was commendable.

Out of the many caterers I've tried, I must say this caterer serves the most generous portions of food. However, the taste of their food doesn't go well with me, sometimes a little too weird for my liking. Their soup is generally ok, and very generous with ingredients.

I tried their 10 day trial, with only one criteria ; that is no fish. But for the first couple days, they gave me exactly what I opted out; fish with bones as one of the 3 dishes, and then another spicy dish which means out of the 3 dishes, 2 are not suitable for my 3 young kids. Called up customer service, she was nice and polite and gave me an additional fried dish as compensation for the blunder so I appreciate that.

First time ordering Hong Choo Tingkat, feedback from my kids, they really like the dishes, not that salty, just nice and have their favourite dishes - chicken wings! Will order Hong Choo Tingkat again. Thanks

Overall the dishes are good. Suit for family type with young children as the dishes have gravy.

The food is pretty good standard and they are generous with the portion too.

Meat sometime is salty
