I took the 10 day trials tingkat dinner and generally the food is okay for the price we paid, feedback/review are as below:
1. The dishes are a bit oily than our previous tingkat provider.
2. The Fish portion is quite big and it taste better than our previous tingkat provider.
3. The soup taste better too because it cook with pork ribs (my previous provider is halal certified so the meat is always chicken)

3rd cycle. Family is happy with their food. Portion is sufficient.

Highly recommended as food portion is generous. Customer service is good as they will try to accommodate any last min changes.

Food was nice, just that food and soup still can be improve better as food abit oily and soup was salty

The service of Hong choo is really bad. Firstly, my tingkat lunch was delivered after 2pm daily for the first week and the reason given to me was because there was a change in driver, thus the new driver wasn't familiar with the route. Secondly, on some days, some of the food were sour and spoilt. Thirdly, I have been contacting the accounts personnel for the invoice to be emailed to me. But after my repeated contact and messages, there were no reply/acknowledgement at all. Till now, I still have not received the invoice. Bad service overall.

After feedback to them the food is back. Only hope they can maintain the standard throughout. For the timing of the delivery also good for ang mo kio. Not to early or late

Really excellent service and always responsive. Never missed a day and only 'late' (6.30pm) once due to heavy rain. I continued after the trial, and only cancelled months later, due to change in family situation. Soup is particularly good and rich in quality ingredients, although sometimes can be too sweet. Overall highly recommended.
