Food was really disappointing, their website looks pretty impressive but when the food was here. Wouldnt recommend to others.

Food delivery timing should be on time but sometimes late. Hence, to improve on the food delivery timing.

First time ordering tingkat from this provider, food wise is ok. Taste wise on the "heavier" side, if you like then its ok. Soup is tasty, probably because of the msg
Delivery was very late as i was informed that i am the last to be delivered. Dinner reached around 6.30pm with only 15 mins to eat before best consumed time. Feedback to customer service but arrived around 6pm. Have to rush to finish the food.

Getting bored after ordering for many months, a change in variety would be welcomed. generally good value for money otherwise

Food standard has steadily dropped since the first time ordering. Only redeeming are their soups but please opt out of their organ soups which can be funky in taste.

Getting a bit boring, would be nice if can change dishes for longterm customers. also if give chicken wings pls dont just give one piece per person.

Plus point is this caterer has steam fish, once a week.

Food is relatively more oily and salty than other caterers I have tried.

For some reason the sauce on some dishes becomes quite gooey, not sure if too much corn starch was added or food was prepared too early.

The soup is nice and portion of rice for 2 pax is enough for 2+1.

However, there are fish and cabbage in most of the meals and most of the times, there are bones in the fish.

Only 1 special request is allowed. Hence, I am unable to specify no fish with bones when I already have another special request.

No menu is provided from this caterer, so I'm unable to know in advance what the dishes will be.

Service ok.
Food can be better however we get what we paid.
Need to test caterer 's food before you add them into your list, otherwise Foodline's reputation will be tarnished.
Like one of Hong Choo daily food is always fish cake or fish balls taken off the shelf. I always disposed them...not edible at all.

Had made request not to have garlic on food but unfortunately almost all dishes are cooked with garlic which I am allergic to. No response whatsoever regarding this issue.
