Hong Choo Pte Ltd

Overall food from Hong Choo Tingkat was average good and tasty, especially the vegetables. But the Fried chicken meat was too hard and salty. And sometimes deliver too late, after 12pm.

Food was good except one day one of the steamed egg was spoilt even when we put in the fridge after we received the food. Nothing was done except apologizing.
And i really dont like that they do not have a menu.

Delivery has been mostly reliable, with lunch arriving within the expected time window and the food still warm when we unpack it.

Customer service has been responsive and polite whenever we contacted them to clarify delivery arrangements. Overall, Hong Choo is a convenient and value‑for‑money option if you are looking for fuss‑free, home‑style tingkat meals on weekdays.

The meals are well-balanced, flavorful with a good variety each week. Portions are big and satisfying.

I also appreciate the customer service with a prompt follow up to see if I’d like to review the tingkat close to the end date. Moreover, they were also able to accommodate a list minute request to omit one of the items.

The dinner menu is nice. If only can be more tasty, esp the soup. A lot of fish balls soups almost every week.

Their food is really nice and they even top up soup for me when I said soup not enough. Their ingredients are fresh too.

The food is not bad overall. The portion is generous. However, it will be better if the soup can be less salty.

Tasty tingkat food which is enjoyable by the young and old in the family. We would recommend others to try.

Sometimes taste ok, sometime tasteless. No seafood dishes, if have occasionally and need not be everyweek, that would be nice.

The food was excellent look tasty but sometime too many dry dishes, delivery was in time the portion was fresh just nice not too salty for lunch warm and well pack in container repeat order few times from them
