Repeat customer for few months. Food is to my mother’s liking and usually no repeat in a month. Customer Service is also prompt and friendly.

Hong Choo was the second caterer that I tried for tingkat delivery, and the quality of the food and the taste was what really impressed me. In the one month that I used their service, they provided fish (Spanish mackeral) for dinner several times, which my elderly parent enjoyed. Many of their dishes were flavourful, and these came accompanied with delicious soup. Their cooking is to my family's taste, and I would definitely consider using their service again!

Food - so so. No variety. Always same dishes. Boring. Gave feedback, but still the same, no change. Not interested to improve or make customers happy. Prefer to please themselves by doing things their way - prefer to do whatever they want Then why ask for feedback if you are not interested to improve. If you want to please yourself, means service is not good, right ?
