The delivery service is good. Every day around 3pm to 4pm.
Portion of food is okay for 2. Dishes provided is balanced. 1 soup, 1 vegetables, 1 meat and 1 egg stuff. Food is not saltish. Basically is a simple home cooked food. I wish that they can create more different kind of dishes. Overall is good.

I've been ordering dinner tingkat from Hong Choo for a year and my family is still enjoying the food, especially its soup. I would specially like to commend Hong Choo for introducing new dishes, for example, recently, my children really like the new DODO Crispy Chicken Karage that was added to the menu. When I asked the customer service for the name of the dish, they were very friendly and prompt in answering my query, albeit it being a trivial question. Keep up the good work, Hong Choo!

The food was very nutritious and not too heavily flavoured, tasted very much like home cooked food. The variety was great and we had many different dishes across the days we ordered.
Portion was a lot and more than enough for 4 pax

Food is ok, but not salty enough.

For steam egg and fried eggs, add salted egg and century eggs so that taste better. Do the same for steam minced pork. Cook more curry dishes.

Delivery punctual. Service is ok.

Excellent customer service. My mum was hospitalised then after discharge, shifted house during the Tingkat order period. the customer service kindly paused the Tingkat delivery, and later transferred the Tingkat to the new address. Thumbs up!

It's my 2nd time ordering from this caterer, the food was always delivered on time. They ensure that delivery instructions was followed through. Will order again when needs arise.

Hong Choo’s tingkat is value for money and the tastes suits young and old. My family enjoys our daily tingkat and we look forward to it

Food was up to expectations, proportion is sufficient. Sometimes dishes are better on certain days than others though.

Have improve on vegetable with more variety of types like hairy gourd and broccoli, also bitter gourd soup always in good taste.

I've been a long-time customer of Hong Choo and have been so far satisfied with the food and customer service. Recently, Hong Choo customer service replied promptly and accommodated my request for deferment of food delivery when my family went for our vacation. I am most appreciative of how I am able to easily make the requests via its business Whatsapp channel and receive prompt responses from their friend customer service representative.
