Majoritarily very good, satisfactory. One or two dishes sometimes were not too yummy. My parents like it enough to renew the package.

Affordable but need to improve on food variety and packaging. Most of the time food are leaking and spill over the plastic bag.

Hong Choo tingkat is a good choice for busy people who still prefer to eat home cooked food. Value for money and taste is good!

The food was not up to our expectations, the soup was bland, the dishes tasted almost the same every day, and the catering was not the cheapest but tasted not as good as the cheaper tingkat.

Home-cooked dishes and highly recommended. Hong Choo provides good service, and delivery is always on time.

Amongst the caterers i have used, their Tingkat is the most enjoyed by my family. The food is top-notch and we loved the varierty. It is not your typical catering food type. The volume is also substantial and tasty. we will definitely order again

The food is good, service is ok, fast response, but there was an incidence the container dropped on the floor and broken. they said going to investigate, I said don't blame the driver , then no answer after that...

Food items are not bad and tasty. Better than my previous tingkat. Came before 5PM most of the times.

Been using this Tingkat for a period of time, unfortunately didn’t continue with them due to no delivery to condo. But Tingkat caterer side kind enough to call me up to explain the situation. So far food are good and presentable. However like mentioned before food portion sometimes a lot and sometimes not.

This was my second time ordering from this caterer and the food live well to it expectations. Nice warm homely cooked food. One area of improvement is that the pork dishes can be cooked a little softer.
