Like this caterer with at least 2days with fish in their menu every week and the portion is big. The caterer can be contacted easily via watsapp which is very good.

The variety is good. Food generally OK, but the standard is not consistently maintained, because for certain days the food is not as good. Also should offer better discounts for long term customer. Delivery time fairly consistent.

Regular customer, overall is okay. Value for money and good service, just that some times delivery come early but improved after feedback.

Ordered tingkat from Hong Choo about 2 years ago. Prices have risen about 20% since then with inflation and becoming a GST registrated entity. Dishes are simple but tasty and portion adequate. Soups can do with less salt, usually i add additional water and vegetables/tofu.

The food serving was huge. The food is nice and can see that Hong Choo is putting in effort to maintain the food standard all the time.

Good taste, great portion for 2, punctual delivery, no repeat meals within week and good service as always.

Soup is quite good and enough. Meat pieces are not a lot. Vegetables are so so and can have more variety and cooking style.

The dishes still nt too bad overall. however the slice fishes some of the sauce may not be so nice and fresh at times too..not so consistent. hope the si chuan pickles/ vege not too often as well too. in terms of liaising with the person , shes quite nice and ok. however the taste of the vegetables also abit bland at times and also the soup not so nice too for some. if they can include the menu on what dishes to serve daily will be better too especially sometimes may wish to add on some dishes in additional but not sure will have repeated ones or not. .
