Food come quite late in some occasions. Not much variety. After a awhile get bored with the food while the price is increasing.

This is a repeated purchase. Food delivery is early at 3pm. Food variety is ok, although sometimes can be bit salty.

Portions are still fairly large but the variety and taste of dishes are so so, especially after a while.

The food is very good and packaging is safe and clean. Customer service also good in response very fast.

So far this is the best caterer with attentive service & respond, surprising they provide prawn & fish. Only soup portion too little,but,after whatapp,they top up the next day.

Getting a bit boring, would be nice if can change dishes for longterm customers. also if give chicken wings pls dont just give one piece per person.

My first time ordering from Hong Choo.
I think the first day of the dish as uploaded was quite okay.
After a week went past, I got to say I am very tired of the meals.
In short, I am glad it was just 10 days.
Meals are repetitive (kinda) and meat are quite tough, definitely not recommended if you have elderly at home.

Lead time was too long, food was prepared and packed by 1445 and I have to consume within 1845, I got my delivery somewhere around 1745
Meals are repetitive
Meats are tough
It would be nice if delivery man rang the door bell to let us know he has arrive

Pros: Price is good, portion is reasonable, value for money. Polite delivery man with consistent delivery timings. Excellent customer service who always checks for feedback.
Cons: One dish would be processed food on some days. Dishes are usually "dry" and not saucy.
