As usual the portions were fairly large. But with rising food costs the dishes have on occasion been simplified to the point that cooking may be a better alternative. Now with the price hike hopefully some flavour can be restored

Overall food is delicious. But sometimes is too plain when they give 1 veg + 1 soup + 1 meat + 1 braised tau pok ONLY or braised mushroom ONLY. We hope with the recent increase in Tingkat price, they could provide a more reasonable quality/quantity of food.

Yes, we like the food. All are delicious and food variety is good. Only feedback we have is for pork belly dish. The fats are too thick. Please choose more meat than fats next time.

We think the dishes got too much spices, like almost every dish have the spices. the delivery time also very late and they never try to reach us early. They only allow us to have 15mins or less time to eat our dinner if base on the time limited they provide which label on the bag

Ordered 4 dishes. Food generally OK, but the standard is not consistently maintained, because for certain days the food is not as good.

Value for money tingkat. dishes taste are average. it comes with large portion of meats. good for 2-3 pax

Variety of home-cooked food and good serving portion for two pax. Meals were delivered same time everyday, and its contactless delivery. Will order again next time.

Greater variety in dishes would be appreciated by customers like myself who have been ordering for a few months. The soup standard not as good this time round. Overall still decently tasty food with homecooked feel. Customer service of Hong Choo is also generally good.

As usual, chicken wings one pc a person is hardly enough. A weekly menu uploaded for us to check on website every monday would be perfect.

We were repeat customers. The food is good, not too oily or salty. The portion is also good for 2 pax. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommend!

So far ok with the food, may have fish at times and good that food generally is not too salty. Rice may be a little on the harder side (esp for kids). Taking a break before resuming next time. Customer service / management is quite responsible, responsive and nice.
