Tried 20 days 2 pax Tingkat dinner. Dinner had been delivered promptly. Though pricing package is more economical compared with other caterers, I do not find its dishes tasty and value for money. So decided not to continue with my order.

In general, the food is pretty good and delicious. Customer service take prompt action on feedback. But the food portion is not consistent. We ordered tingkat for 2 pax, but few occasional, they provide "a very thin layer of steam egg" which is not sufficient for 2 pax. We have occasion received the fishball as one of the dishes and the soup is meatball soup. We hope to have a more balanced diet and reduce processed food.

Portion still quite big. Delivery is usually prompt except when regular driver is on leave. Taste wise : soups are still good but dishes getting less tasty

I have ordered many times for my parents as they are happy with the food quality and value. i think we will order again soon.

Food is on time. CSO will call and follow up for feedback. The food can be quite bland at times and can be better. However, it’s value for money. Amount is enough for 2 pax.

My 2nd time ordering the 20 days package from hongchu for my parents. They find some vegetables quite salty or with msg . So far okay experience but they prefer lunch delivery instead of dinner as most of the time they can’t finish their food and prefer to keep for dinner instead.

We are repeat customers of Hong choon. We find the serving size good, the food quality meet our expectations, and food not too oily or salty. It have a home cook taste to it. Highly recommend!

The caterer is willing to listen to and also to try to improve after taking the feedback. This is commendable.

SiChuan stir fry vegetables is on the soggy and salty side.
On the whole, most dishes are good. Also the stir fry vegetables used to be less oily.

Food portion is generous and taste good to our liking. We have renewed a few times. Give it a try!!!
