So, everyone, House of Catering, Lexin and Empire Catering are under one group and i reckon their poor customer service is due to shortage of manpower. They also send their meals between 2:30pm and 3:30pm to Sengkang area. I can't help but to imagine that they cook the meals (for dinner) really early, making it not safe for consumption at dinner time.
