The manager took a day to reply and i insisted i had to cancel my tingkat which she obliged to but since then (2 days) i haven't got any response on my reply and refund. i spoke to the CSO and she said the manager is not around. So, everyone, House of Catering, Lexin and Empire Catering are under one group and i reckon their poor customer service is due to shortage of manpower. They also send their meals between 2:30pm and 3:30pm to Sengkang area. I can't help but to imagine that they cook the meals (for dinner) really early, making it not safe for consumption at dinner time.
