The coffee pork ribs were super soggy becuase it has been soked in the coffee sauce for so long! The crabmeat fried rice were so hard! It was like eating mini stones! The pipa duck was dry and hard. The prosperuty yusheng was a joke! The shredded cucumbers and carrots were just a handful. So disappointed with the food and my guests did not even touch and ended up I have to throw away the left overs. Only the salted egg prawn and braised sea cucumber were touched.
