Customers: Fried stuffs not really recommended for food delivery as the food will turn very soggy due to transportation. Not due to caterer's issue. Unless a better method of transporting the food can be improvised for fried dishes, otherwise rating from guests will be low. Caterer: Yam paste is good but really too sweet, review given from everyone who ate. Perhaps if you can reduce the sweetness it will be a 5 star (Excellent) dish.
