Once the dish is transported over, it is not crispy anymore. Soggy like eating rubber type of feeling. Sweet and Sour Fish - Not recommended if no food warmer. The proportion of the fried dough and the fish meat not good. Too much dough vs fish meat. Due to the fried nature, food turns soggy when arrived. Yam Paste - Good but too sweet Final Comments... Customers: Fried stuffs not really recommended for food delivery as the food will turn very soggy due to transportation. Not due to caterer's issue. Unless a better method of transporting the food can be improvised for fried dishes, otherwise rating from guests will be low. Caterer: Yam paste is good but really too sweet, review given from everyone who ate. Perhaps if you can reduce the sweetness it will be a 5 star (Excellent) dish. Please keep up the good taste for those food which are rated excellent.
