As such the curry chicken, vegetables, pork ribs deluxe and three other dishes were served cold in separate trays. Being the organiser, I did not have much chance to savour all the dishes. The feedback from my guests were that the pork ribs deluxe were very tough and the vegetables were overcooked. The pandan chicken were very salty. There were lots of leftover after my guests left. Very disappointed with the company for under delivering on their services. I am still waiting for one of their staff to let me know why the setting was not carried out according to my order.
