They also made a number of mix-ups of my food on different days, customer service repeatedly wanted to close case by giving a few cheeseballs the next day... service became less polite...)... Last time, I was being Kind when I gave this 5 stars... One of my photos shows all the FLOUR covering 75% of the "hotpot pandan chicken dish on 30th October" but there was NO REPLY when I texted this over, giving feedback. I think the dish should be called "DEEP-FRIED OILY FLOUR with very very little chicken" (what happened to your Chef/team?) At least reply me? ...... Maybe they took me for granted because I renewed twice and am nice to them.. If they are less helpful to Repeat Customers, it is hard for us to renew.
