Overall a value for $ caterer and food. The portions were generous and food was quite nice. Only letdown dish was the lohan mixed vegetable and the presentation of the dish looked quite unappetizing.

I'S-Pot customer service staff were not too sure about the food ingredients for the requested 3 vegetarian options so I had to take a risk.

As my vegetarian guests cannot take any garlic, spring onion & onion etc., this request was specially conveyed during our communication with caterer. All was fine until I saw the vegetarian fried rice which was garnished with fried onions on top... : (

Delivery guy was prompt and efficient on set up. The chafing dishes used looked very well seasoned and could use some cleaning & polishing.

Had an issue with the food labels/name cards which were not available. Asked about it and delivery man replied that they do not provide this. Had to improvise and wrote on pieces of papers to inform guests which dishes were vegetarian, spicy etc.

Overall, the food taste is pretty decent! The mutton redang is good! Slightly disappointed with the mini assorted pastries which was offered due to shortage of choc eclair. Caterer did not provide bowls and spoons for the honey dew sago, luckily we had our own.

Food and service is fast! Crispy Chicken Pocket is one of the best and popular side dish!

Food arrived half hour earlier then scheduled. Delivery service was good. Good food spread. Generous serving. Nice presentation. Maybe due to tight schedule, food was a bit cold, but overall still taste great! My family enjoy themselves!

The food was excellent. My guests were very happy with the food provided. All dishes were well served in the containers and looks exceptionally fresh. The vegetable (Broccoli) was very fresh, nicely cooked (not too soft / hard). Great food, value for money!!!

Overall all food and sweet items was quite good, except the roasted chicken probably over baked which the meat was a little hard.

In general, it could be even better if the menu come along with bottles of katch up and chilli sauce, also with more cutlery ware provided.
