Quite OK. New Year time quite difficult to get caterer. Got no other choice if the food is bad.

I ordered the mini setup on Chinese New Year Day 2 for 20 pax for the first time, perhaps the festive season was the main reason why the food was lacking so much standard.

Despite reminder to deliver the food warm, food were delivered almost cold, i had to reheat the food before serving it to my guests. Guests feedbacked the chicken was dry and bland, Yam ring was soggy, prawns were tiny, broccoli turned bad 3hours after delivery, the smoke duck bits in fried rice was pathetic.

I am very disappointed with food, though i would give the caterer credit that they are working during the festive season.

Such a disappointing experience deters any future business with this caterer.

Disappointing, most of the food is not tasty. Forgot to check good item against invoice assuming everything is in order but food catered was different. Sms delivery man on the error but no reply. Did not create a fuss to call back delivery man as it was 1st day cny plus it a housewarming with many guess around so just accepted the error. Food arrived 1 hour late as delivery man claim traffic jam due to accident on PIE.

The puff is very hard.
there is not chili sauce provided.

In general, good value for money

Service in terms of acknowledgement and delivery were good.

Overall, food is average or maybe below average.

Cereal Fish Fillet was nice and crispy. Prawn was ok though a bit dry. Roasted Duck was good to be debone but tasted average.

Thai Pineapple Rice tasted weird and was 3/4 leftover. Shrimp Pasted Chicken wasn't the typical type which we ordered from the coffee shop.

Food is tasty but the portion is little for 57pax. Sauteed Beef and Butter Prawns are nice too.

It's my 1st time order catering food. Generally the dishes are all nice & tasty, the amount of food are more than sufficient. Unfortunately I wasn't aware, all the main dishes I ordered are rather spicy. Many of my guests brought their children, all of them couldn't eat those spicy food, ended I had a lot of left over food. I think it will be helpful if the seller can indicate the spicy food & the spicy strength in their menu.

The overall food taste was good. The driver was on time and helpful.
He was professional and patient with the venue people and did not rush though the setting up of the buffet.

Value for Money. Caterer did not display Halal Logo on Display until we called and request for a copy of their Halal cert. Caterer need to improve on this. Overall my colleagues and i are happy with the food.
