The food was very good. Biggest disappointment is the lack of communication from foodline and the items were delivered 1 hour later than the scheduled time. It was not a bad feeling to have foodline helpdesk closed during non office hours, whatsapp ... More with no response at the last 15 min. And we were only make known by another number saynig "sorry there be a delay..." in the eleventh hour. Not professional and is not customer orientated at all. Would not order through foodline again for ichi bento .

No update of food delivery after 30mins past scheduled time on 31 Dec. Called foodline service nbr but they not working on 31 Dec (not sure why no customer service if they still allow ppl to order online? Anything wrong with the delivery there's no ... More one to help us track and check)
Lucky I was able to source the caterer online and they have been very helpful to help me check which branch of theirs is doing the order and even helped me follow up closely with the drivers. They even took the initiative to help me change to another faster driver when the assigned one informed still need another 45mins to pick up the order and he was already an hr late!
