It's a super creative idea to put deli meats wrapped in sushi rice and topped with lots of mentaiko. Can't wait to see what options to order ... More next year! Haha though to be honest I think a normal Japanese sushi rice log cake with tamago and sashimi fillings is just fine. Maybe some cheese or a sausage or two.
