Not worth the money we paid. Our company ordered food for 45 people at $15++ each and by the end of it, there was no surplus of 30% and mostly, the food was oily.

Secondly, the delivery man failed to provide disposable cups hence, we had to purchase a set on our own, which was a little bit of a hassle. However, we informed Iniga to compensate us for the purchase of the additional disposable cups and were assured that we would be compensated. But when the delivery staff arrived later to clear up the trays and pots, he did no communicate with us and left without any mention of an apology or compensation.

Lastly, apart from the service provided, the amount of food provided was also disappointing. The main dish (Tumeric Rice) was provided insufficiently and there wasn't much for all of the 45 pax to consume. This was an embarrassment for the coordinating staff members as it resulted in the upper management (Directors) of the company limiting the amount they took so as to ensure enough amount of rice for other staff members.

In conclusion, I would like to conclude that yesterday has been by far, the worst service that I have ever encountered from a caterer. I would not recommend nor order from this place again.

Caterer was late. Set-up was done one hour after the agreed timing, by which time our event had started.

Several items were wrong (different from what we ordered). Braised Tofu had already turned sour by the time of arrival.

Food quantity is a little on the low side; the servings were just nice for the 35 pax who attended, even though we ordered for 45 pax.

A little disappointing overall.

Did not deliver the mini chicken pie
When I called the company, kept putting off redelivering the chicken pie as they claimed they have no deliveries to my venue. When they fixed a date to deliver the chicken pie, they did not deliver it as promised

Food was edible but not what we expected. Soon kueh did not come with any sauce and the crunchy cereal fishball was nothing like its description. It was just regular fishballs

Some good points:
1. Delivery was on time
2. When they spilt the cheng tng, they were prompt to inform me regarding an alternative

We are utterly disappointed with the service as the caterer forgot to pack the full set of disposable wares (paper plates, cups, spoons, forks, serviettes and trash bag). The delivery crew only realised after setting up the tables and food warmers.
Fortunately, they are nice enough to drive out to buy the paper plates, forks, spoon and cups. However, they still missed out the serviettes and trash bag.
Our event was delayed due to this mistake. We hope to see improvements in the work process of Iniga Cuisine and better service in future.
In addition, perhaps it will be good if there are labels for the dishes as well.
Also, the set-up of the table will be better if the plates, forks and spoon are arranged nearer to the staple food (e.g. rice, pasta) (i.e. where the line supposed to begin).

The food was cold when it was delivered. The bee hoon was nice though. The curry puffs were replaced by coffee cake . The caterers explained that the oven broke down so couldn't prepare the puffs. I would have preferred that they call me earlier before delivery to inform me of the change of menu. But I was only told of the changes when I called them. Not do pleased that they unilaterally changed the item without informing me. I didn't want the coffee cake they replaced as I have already gotten the éclairs and custard puffs.

Having said that, the food and service from this caterer is generally pretty good. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them.The downside is that the food was cold when delivered to my place .
