Caterer came without any small change at all. even a dollar.

The turkey is a lil dry but it still taste good and sauce for marinara (pasta) is too little.
The chicken ham (cold dish) & log cake is everyone favourite.

Overall my family enjoyed it.

The food arrived on time (15mins before the stipulated time). Food packing was neat and presentable. However:

1. The pasta sauce should be on the side and not over the pasta. It takes time for delivery from kitchen to table, so having the sauce on the side is a better option.

2. Dressing for salad should be on the side too. The salad was starting to wilt because of the liquid.

3. The honey baked chicken ham would be better if it was a mini ham roll and not slices of ham lining the base of the container.

4. Some of the mini assorted pastries were turned over and looked messy.

Overall the experience allows me to have a stress-free Christmas lunch with family.

My food was supposed to be ready at 12 noon but it was ready only at 1230. The person in charge was not approachable over the phone. There were 4 wrong items. The signature mee Siam was substituted with Chinese meehoon, the Indonesian style chicken rendang was replaced by honey baked chicken, golden salted egg prawns became cereal prawns, and the char siew sou was changed to chicken pies.
However, the food was quite good.
My guests were too hungry due to late delivery so we did not take pictures of the food. The table set up was so so but the delivery man was efficient and courteous.

Good and reliable caterer.

There was no sauce for the turkey, so it was a bit dry.. Otherwise, the food came warm and everyone was happy.

Caterer was prompt in reply, delivered of food was on time too! Food was not bad, like the turkey and ham dishes. Came with free sparkling juice :) thank you iniga cusine :)

Proportion of food was more than sufficient and very delicious

We are utterly disappointed with the service as the caterer forgot to pack the full set of disposable wares (paper plates, cups, spoons, forks, serviettes and trash bag). The delivery crew only realised after setting up the tables and food warmers.
Fortunately, they are nice enough to drive out to buy the paper plates, forks, spoon and cups. However, they still missed out the serviettes and trash bag.
Our event was delayed due to this mistake. We hope to see improvements in the work process of Iniga Cuisine and better service in future.
In addition, perhaps it will be good if there are labels for the dishes as well.
Also, the set-up of the table will be better if the plates, forks and spoon are arranged nearer to the staple food (e.g. rice, pasta) (i.e. where the line supposed to begin).

The delivery man came with no helper, he was late and i have to summon some of my staff to help him to carry and set up the stuff. And from the picture u can see the sauce for the pasta was put with the fish. No one know that was for the pasta. A bit disappointed with how rush and incompetency of handling things in this way.

Overall the food is good, alot of good review from our colleagues and bosses despite the wrong set up of the pasta.
