Intercontinental Catering Pte Ltd (OLD)

The portion is sufficient for everyone. In one of the days, the meat portion was very little but it was just one day. On other days, it is normally 2 meat or 1 meat + tofu, providing enough proteins. The vegetable is just average but the soup is quite good surprisingly. The soup normally consists of chunks of vegetables and the taste is rich. On the other hand, the meat and vegetables have very less spice. May be it is the chef's style of cooking but I would have a given a better rating with a small change in taste.

Food was fresh but not so tasty, vegetables were good but the soup dishes need to be improved. Although the desserts were free, it should not just taste like sugar water! On the last day of the service, the Tingkat was not delivered, and we only realised that they had closed their kitchen for a few days for cleaning when I called them. Michelle said she did let customers know by “clipping” a paper on the plastic bag containing the food but we thought the paper was just a reminder to consume the food in time. They did not notify us through email or call. Michelle felt apologetic and kept saying sorry but I don’t think it was her fault. The management should have fulfilled the contract/agreement that we signed up for and should not stop the service suddenly without properly notifying us.

Food overall taste good but the soup was lacking a bit. Nevertheless, it is a good order and customer service is good

Decent food, exact portions for the average eater, not too oily or salty, nice that there is always 1 meat (though it's always chicken) and 1 non-meat dish (fish or tofu) other than the vegetable and soup/snack. However, soup is very watery and very few ingredients, and though it's nice there is free local dessert, it is also very watery. Double packed well with no spills. Delivery is good and timely.

Repeat order after the first time trying this caterer. Overall, the food is good. The dessert needs to be improved further but given it is FOC, then it is fine.

Food portions are too little on some days. Can consider removing the free dessert and give larger portion instead. The sugar water dessert are similar most of the days and we get sick of it easily. Taste of food can be improved too

This was my 3rd tingkat caterer since CB. Compared to the previous two caterers, this was quite disappointing. The taste was only average. I consider their price on the high side as the the portions were very small, lack variety and mainly processed ingredients. The free “desserts” is no more than sugar water, with either red beans, green beans or barley.

The food was great and the variety is special. I ordered for 2 pax and the portion was just nice. Delivery is always on time.

Food is good and like the concept of having a complimentary dessert after a meal which make a complete and satisfying meal.

Food was acceptable just abit bored maybe repeat order and maybe its usual tingkat choices.
