The food quality was good with daily desserts. Timely delivery with good packaging. Will definitely order again!

Food quality was good. Its buffet type of food. very savory and tasty. I would say its very tasty but might not be suitable for long term if you yearn for homecooked style food.

Food tastes good, variety is good. Service is also good always deliver on time. However sometimes quantity a bit small.

2nd tingkat company we ordered from which includes weekends delivery and best of all public holidays delivery as well!

Food quality most of the time above average. Tasty, and doesn't lose to the previous one we ordered from, which was from a restaurant.

On time food delivery, punctual. no worries to wait eagerly and hungrily for meals. Not required to contact them for any failed delivery. No last minute packed away food from downstairs coffee shop.

Smooth meal delivery, no worries, hiccups from them, no follow ups required, sit back, rest and relax and enjoy excellent meal experience with them!

Daily free desserts were a good catch. Mostly went for the desserts after the meals.

80% of 20 days enjoyed the meals. Other days were just abit lesser in portion. On some days, food ingredients might cost much lesser than paid for. but overall meal experience is acceptable, give and take.

Michelle from the customer service always greeted with cheers, polite and patient, thought she was the boss initially and definitely a great employee to keep.. Always willing to hear feedbacks from customers and even had a voice message reply from her boss, took my feedbacks seriously, very sincere in doing business.

Out of the 10 days service, first 9 days are good. Food quality, portion and delivery time is up to expectation. Just that the last day the service, it’s really disappointed. The food portion is significant lesser than the past 9 days, thought is for 1 pax. I called the Intercontinental Catering to confirm. They insisted this is for 2 pax, which I doubt so. Attached photo for the first day portion and the last day portion, you will see the difference. I complained to Foodline and they forwarded my feedback to the caterer. Yet, no response after 2 week. So much upset to this, luckily, never continue the catering with them.

I ordered for 10pax and the food portion was more than enough for everyone. Surprisingly, their Assam fish and cream puff were delicious.

My family love the dish of Cauliflower with Mixed Mushroom 香菇白菜花 was cooked just nice and yummy. Good job.

Generally, my guests like the food, especially the BBQ drumlets and the sweet and sour fish fillet.
However, we found the mango pudding and the fruit punch a bit too sweet. Should cut down on the sugar.
The amount of food for each item was sufficient for 30 pax

The curry chicken sauce fragrance after heating up, the food are well cooked.

All my guest are happy and recommend to order again.

Food was good, guests liked it, service was great too! Highly recommend, would order from this caterer again :)
