Delivery on time. Delivery man very friendly. The dishes were of okay standard only. But like the scallop yam ring most. Overall my family enjoy the food.

I am satisfied with the service and food provided by Intercontinental Catering. They were on time and laid the setup beautifully for my Christmas event. The best dish is the Farm Potato Salad. The premium sausages were also value for money. But the turkey breast is too salty although arranged nicely with Christmas deco.

On time delivery.... Food is enough! Just that the chocolate tart and oven baked chicken with mushrooms sauce is abit tastness!

The food is generally good, especially the roast beef. The person who did the set up is v professional too.

General food is ok.
room for flexibility is very limited.

Potato serving in the salad can be in smaller size.

I did not inform of a level 2 event space and was charged additional $20/flight of stairs. The funny thing was that the flight of stairs had around 10 steps, a slight platform and then another flight of 10 steps;and i was charged $40 additional (Isn't a flight of stairs considered as one if it's level 1 to level 2?) Moreover, i did not want to spoil the mood and i paid the $40 but was rather annoyed as i helped the worker to carry everything up. I contributed to at least 70% of carrying and setting up myself but still had to fork outthe extra charges in full. Additionally, the food came cold and it took close to an hour with the solid fuel below to heat up and had to ask my guest wait for about an hour.food was also bland; well..it was edible but didnt leave an impression. The best was the bo ho cha cha. But on another hand, the delivery timing was punctual and timely (came 45mins before my allocated time) and the setup was beautiful. However, i don't think i would re-order from them in future.

Set up and pick up were timely. The staff was able to suggest where to put the buffet tables. The Yu Sheng was a bit small for 30 pax. Overall was satisfactory.

Food is tasteless; as if the cook had forgotten to add seasoning, esp the fried noodles.
Ordered lemon fish fillet but was serve sweet & sour fish.
The prawn roll is hard, as if fried again from the leftovers. Not fresh.
Butter prawns are hard and oily.

Setup was punctual, food quantity not sufficient for 30pax, food taste was acceptable but the yu sheng provided was not fresh, had to throw away. Decor could be improved.

Value for money.
