Jia He Chinese Restaurant

The food is really tasty with generous portion. We were pleasantly surprise with the taste and the packaging was sealed well in a big thermal bag. Food came warm and nice.

However, it seems like my order was almost missed out but luckily I called earlier in the day to check hence food came at the timing required.

Has ordered a few times. Always received very good review from guests. This time probably my family is too tired to eat.

Timely delivery. We ordered 2 sets plus extra 2 pax. But we don't know if Jia He gave us 10 pax or just 8 pax. The food was very good and my family and guests are very satisfied. However, worried that the food was insufficient for 7 adults and 3 children, my wife quickly cooked some dumplings. Oh yes, my guests love the food so much that they asked about where I ordered the food from. Foodline and Jia He Restaurant are promoted by me and they have gotten the links too!

Delivery was on time and food was still warm. My parents liked the vermicelli and siblings like the venison and prawns. Overall good food and service!

Food is generally good. Arrived a bit early. Everything is nicely and individually packed, making distribution easy.

It was really a wonderful birthday meal as the two year old birthday boy had his stewed vermicelli with the pork and venison and the brocolli --he even had a second portion of vermicelli! As for the adults, it was a great meal savouring all the different types of meat and ending off with the mud crabs--it was a very good meal to end with the rich dessert!

The dishes were all excellent--we love the fillet with the green wrasse and lemongrass sauce--the fish enhanced by the sauce. The sauteed kurobuta pork cubes were tender and good. The soup from the drunken prawns had a natural sweet taste and the prawns were really fresh! Even the sago mango pomelo was really so refreshing! We loved the food and the chilli crab sauce. However the crabs were a bit disappointing--the meat was flaky and it was difficult to eat but the chiili crab sauce was excellent! A wee bit sad about the crabs though--the crabs were well cut up for easy eating but the meat not nice.

Overall experience with Jia He, we are very delighted with their dishes and services. Esp when we requested for some amendments on the dishes, the staff replied promptly and during delivery, the staff also made an effort to explain on the food preparation.
Just an suggestion for consideration. Maybe can also provide with disposable cutlery in future ..

Food arrived on time and the dishes are nice. The bird nest dessert was still warm in the container. Overall not bad
