Jia He Chinese Restaurant

The Yu Sheng all the colourful veggies I forget to put inside the fridge. Have a bad smell, So all spoil.

Fast respond from the resturant, food was delivered on time
Most important is that our family members liked the dishes.
The dessert was great too
Will recommend to our friends

Very prompt reply & good service rendered by Bee Yong when confirming my order. Food was delivered on time. Quality and taste of food is good too. Enjoyed the stir fried live prawn, steam claypot rice is fragrant & sausage is tender. Chilled mango sago & pomelo is refreshing and generous in ingredients. The smoked salmon yusheng is delicious.

Ordered Jia He for lunch during CNY Day 1 for 5-6 pax.
The delivery was prompt and polite.
Food appears to be on the lighter side for the Broccoli dish, but the organic fried rice was tasty, and overall the food experience was satisfying..
Would recommend this cater to friends and family.

The food is worth it value even on chines new year period. The service if good. Only thing is i did not check all the item and later find out short one yu san, but the driver already left. Call the hotline no one pick up so i sent email. Email was replied and i got back the money.

Overall service if acceptable.

Area for improvement is hotline or whatapps should be online 24/7.

The delivery is prompt and staffs are friendly. They will drop you a message via Whatsapp after receiving your order and follow up with you when the delivery date is nearer.

Generally very good spread and quality. Just a bit tough fish to bite into. The elderlys find it difficult to chew.

Very good follow through service and arrangement for deliver. Overall food is good. I like the taste that doesn't taste ot mass cooked and like the crispy chicken.
