Jiale Buffet Services

Liked the shrimp prawn roll & festive claypot, but the clayfish although nice, were quite small sized so not much flesh. Added on the lohei but will be better if there are more peanut and sesame seed and crackers.

Disappointed with the food. 1) The prawns were not fresh. 2) The Wen Chang style chicken was tough and tasteless.

Overall the foods are delicious, my friends and relatives all enjoy eating. Thanks and will try to order again.

Delicious food with big portion. The delivery was on time and the delivery guy is very friendly. Collection was also on good. Jiale is always 1 of our preferred caterer.

I had catered Continental Buffet menu at $15.80 each for CNY gathering at my house this year. This is my 3rd time consecutive orders from Jiale for the past 3 years' CNY celebration but was surprised that we were given 1 Yusheng instead of 3 Yusheng normally. We were also a bit disappointed of the quality of the food. The Ee Fu noodles which is our all times favourites were blend. Overall, the food is average this year but the 2 delivery guys were very friendly and they had done the setup of food nicely too.

Food is so far satisfactory. Everyone likes the food but for yang chow fried rice, the ingredients are alittle less.

Received and setup on time, Overall food is OK. Portion are just nice but probably coz of CNY, price can be better or menu can be improve.

Arrive on time, pleasant and polite. Efficient in setting up and food, overall, tastes pretty good and value for money.

This is 2nd time order from INTERCONTINENTAL CATERING PTE LTD. Watch out, is not JIALE. i believe they shared same kitchen also.
very bad impression on Sales person michelle, did not reply my email on my amendment. Till i called her, she said she did not type wrong order and it is festive period, customer can not change option.

What the service JIALE/ Intercontinental provided ? i requested to change my menu on 8 Jan 2020 while my event on 26 Jan 2020. Sale ignore my request and proceed with original order.

Very poor in service!!!
