The food and service is good

The food are generally nice and good. However, when we pack the extra food at about 3pm plus, the curry has a smell. And the green vegetables (with crab meat) turns yellowish and sour in the late afternoon. We were surprised the food turn bad so soon and they arrived at only 1215pm.

Fast set up. Would have appreciated if lids are provided to cover the food.

I ordered for 10 pax and and the food was really a lot. We have more than enough to eat. The food is still warm when reaching our place which was really good. The sweet sour fish is nice and the vegetable dish is fresh. The only complaint I have is that there is no chilli sauce especially for the chicken which require a little bit of spice to enlighten the dishes. I am looking for the kind of chicken rice chilli. Overall, everything is good

Caterer can provide more prompt service in confirming order. Had to call them several times. But food is good and sufficient for 15 pax

Food not warm enough even though food warmers are supplied (probaby food cooked too early). we have to supplement our own tea wax burners to add more heat to the food.

The superior shark fin with crabmeat did not meet our expectation as it was replaced with fish maw and hardly any crabmeat is evident.

Compliment must be given to the two delivery staffs who were very patient to move the completed setup outside the function room to the interior because security staff inform that the buffet setup outside was prohibited by the condo management. They didnt protest or get angry. Instead they complied with the instruction obediently and without showing any disgust.

Food taste is ok. 2 chicken dishes in the set, would be better if have another meat.

Catered for 150 pax and the food is to my liking. Portion is sufficient. The two staff who set up the buffet are polite and answers all my questions relating to the catering.
