Items delivered on time. Service was good and friendly.

BBQ portion look small. Especially the squids and sambal fish.

Overall, the food is quite nice especially crispy prawn.

Favorite: Toriq Chicken with BBQ sauce. overall, the food is nice.

Quality of food is generally edible but not fantastic. Service is poor. Food arrives too early before the venue is ready. The collection comes early than expected but it is still fine because food already consumed. The problem is the collection of the utensils are so noisy that it affected the seminar that is still on-going. The guy doing is utensils like not very happy, keeps throwing the things around creating a lot of noise.

Food was good but portion is too little. Not enough for 24 pax though I order for 30pax

Jiale Buffet Services was value for money. The delivery was prompt, food was fresh and plentiful, and my guests loved it! Especially the noodles, curry and dessert (yam) were well-received! I would re-order from Jiale given the opportunity. Thumbs up!

Most of my guests said the food was good. The curry chicken was not really sufficient for 30 people. There was not much filling for the spring rolls. Good that there was more than 30 helpings of mango pudding. Food labels were provided. Good job!

Most dishes like golden fried rice, braised duck were good. But food took quite long before they are hot enough to eat. We had to add in boiling water to quicken process.

I have order through Foodline website and received email from the catering of 'order confirmation'. But once I signed and email back there is no reply from the catering that they have received. I don't feel secure because previous catering had reply my email.

Food arrive early than expected.

Guests feed back some of the Cereal Prawn is not fresh. Maybe guests are wearing new clothings during CNY and inconvenient to de-shell the prawn. May consider other dishes for next year CNY.

Although yam is insufficient in the sweet yam with gingko nuts but the taste is nice.

Overall is nice. Both delivery man are friendly.
